For the Guest of VenU2Go our mission is to provide an established and affordable place for you to have any event at. Adding VenU2Go you can get paid a third way and that’s space. Adding space could take your business from customer controlled paid, to taking your business in your own control of how you get paid. Getting paid additional income for your business frees up expenses your business normally has to pay out. The main objective is to help business owners that took their time and money to start their business to keep their business running longer then average. Once you are on www.VenU2Go.com you are presented on the homepage where you will see the search button. The search button allows you to look up anything you want in a venue or location. If you type in the city, amenities, state, cost and etc, it will pop up. If you need quick and fast results for something that you know you want this will be best way.
The next thing you find on the homepage is “Discover the Best Venues” section. There will be venues that are selected on VenU2Go homepage you can click on the profiles and search the individual profiles that are featured.

How to Verify Your Space
Once you sign up on VenU2Go and add your venue, you will need to submit a copy of your: Copy of your government issue ID, copy of LLC and copy of a business utility bill showing the business name or owner of LLC name at least 3 months from day of sign up.
What is the need of being Verified?
VenU2Go promotes verified venues only, it gives us a sense of trust.
When you are verified, we are telling your customers we trust you so rent this location.
Customers are at their own risk renting an unverified Venue.
Your Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk
You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation, Experience or other Host Service. For example, this means: (i) you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived, and (ii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and always comply with applicable laws. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor to a Host Service, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.
Your Assumption of Risk. You acknowledge that many activities carry inherent risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the VenU2Go, including your rental at any Accommodation, participation in any Experience, use of any other Host Service, or any other interaction you have with other Members whether in person or online. This means it is your responsibility to investigate a Host Service to determine whether it is suitable for you. For example, Host Services may carry risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and willfully assume those risks by choosing to participate in those Host Services.
Payment Terms.
There is no fee to join VenU2Go. We charge a 10% service charge only to vendors once a customer book a venue. For example, if you charge $500 a day VenU2Go will get 10% from the booking and the vendor will receive $450. The vendor can always adjust how much they want to charge for the booking.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are a binding legal agreement between you and VenU2Go that govern your use of the websites, applications, and other offerings from VenU2Go.
The VenU2Go Platform offers an online venue that enables users (“Vendors”) to publish, offer, search for, and book services. The VenU2Go Platform offers an online venue that enables users (“Members”) to search for, and book services.
Members who publish and offer services are “Vendors” and Members who search for, book, or use services are “Guests.”
You must register an account to access and use many features of the VenU2Go Platform and must keep your account information accurate. As the provider of the VenU2Go Platform, VenU2Go does not own, control, offer or manage any Listings or Host Services. VenU2Go is not a party to the contracts concluded directly between Vendors and Guests, nor is VenU2Go a real estate broker or insurer. VenU2Go is not acting as an agent in any capacity for any Member, except as specified in the Payments Terms of Service (“Payment Terms”).
If you Vendor, you are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that apply to your Host Services.
These Payments Terms of Service for Non-European Users (“Payments Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and VenU2Go Payments that govern the Payment Services (defined below) conducted through or in connection with the VenU2Go Platform. When these Payments Terms mention “VenU2Go Payments,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the VenU2Go Payments company you are contracting with for Payment Services.
VenU2Go Payments provides payments services to Members publishing, offering and booking Accommodations, or other Host Services, including services in connection with other current and future services provided via the VenU2Go Platform. These payment services may include (if available) the following (collectively, “Payment Services”):
Collecting payments from Guests (“Paying”), by charging the payment method associated with their VenU2Go account, such as credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account (“Payment Method”);Effecting payments to Hosts (“Payout”) to a financial instrument associated with their VenU2Go account, such as a PayPal account, bank account, a prepaid card, or a debit card (“Payout Method”);Effecting payments to a third-party Payout Method designated by a Vendor; Collection and payment of charitable donations; Payment collection services; and Other payment related services in connection with Vendor Services.
Cancellation
If cancellations are made 72 hours of the day the event was booked, customer will receive 100% refund of the price listed (minus the surcharge that’s added to the price from the Vendors listing). Cancellations may be made by Customer up to 5 calendar days prior to the Event Booking. Any time between 3 calendar days after the booking and 5 calendar days prior to Event Booking will be a 75% refund minus the surcharge. Any time cancellations happen between 3 calendar days of the event booking there will be no refund to the customer. If the customer has sent a cancellation email into VenU2Go and we review and agree to the cancellation reason, 75% of their refund can be sent to them.
Vendors are also to follow cancellation guidelines. If a Vendor cancels their space to customer after purchase, customers will receive 100% back their payment of the event. If Vendor has 3 cancellations in a 6-month period they can been suspended from VenU2Go until further notice. This protects the VenU2Go brand with the customers and make sure that there is quality customer service.
Allegations of Copyright and Trademark Infringements; Notification
VenU2Go respects the intellectual property rights of others and VenU2Go asks that users of the Services do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property is being used in connection with the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement.
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Indemnity Agreement

What services does VenU2Go provide?
VenU2Go provides an online platform that connects Owners/Hosts who have accommodations to rent with Guests seeking to rent on its closed hours’ time. VenU2Go describes this as its Services. VenU2Go is not an owner or operator of properties for rent.
This Indemnity Agreement between _VenU2Go_(the “Indemnifying Party”) and registries for the services of VenU2Go (the “Indemnitee”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Indemnifying Party hereby agree to indemnify and save harmless the Indemnitee and its successors and assigns from and against any claim, demand, action, liability, loss, costs, charges, damage or suit arising in connection with: any services that are within VenU2Go such as posting events from our home page, FaceBook page and any event or venue space that are being promoted for renting out.
If any claim is asserted, the Indemnitee shall provide the Indemnifying Party with reasonable written notice. Upon receipt of such notice, the Indemnifying Party shall at its own expense defend, protect and save harmless the Indemnitee against said claim or any loss or liability resulting therefrom.
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal agents and representatives.
If there are any customers that pays for the venue and does not show up it is not the venue owner does not have to pay back payment, but if the owner wants to rebook you for another day its upon their discretion.
It is not VenU2Go responsibility to make sure the events at the owner’s location. If they are having another event, if business is going on while it supposed to be private or etc. VenU2Go is only here to connect the two but not responsible for the event.
If there are any issues the renter/customer will communicate with one another.
Each venue will be required to have insurance or ownership with location for customers if there are any damages to the location. VenU2Go is not responsible for damages, loses or anything to do with the venues itself. We are here to make sure we connect the Venue to the customer.
FRAUD: Any fraud to happen with payments it’s among the Venue owner to make sure they get in connect with the rightful law enforcement or anybody to solve the issue with either Venue owner or Customer. VenU2Go does not deal with personal payments we use a third party via PayPal. PayPal has all the information of personal information, VenU2Go has the payment submitted from the customer and we send the payment to the Venue owners.
VenU2Go main responsibility is to make sure we link Venue owners to potential customers. We collect the payments from the customer to rent out space from the owners and they set the event and any other business concerning the agreements.
If the network or server goes down for VenU2Go we are not responsible for your business or any future payments that goes towards your overall or net worth of your business. We are here for extra service and additional income towards your business.
If there any situations for reimbursement for an event VenU2Go is not responsible for paying customers back, we will still receive the service fee payments from the transaction and the other percent of the payment will be at the Venue discretion to pay back or any legal actions that might be in act of the parties at hand.
